  • The platform is free for veterans and military service members.
  • Employer listings and premium features are available through paid subscriptions.

2. Veteran and User Accounts

  • Creating a free account requires a valid email address.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You may delete your account at any time.
  • We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Career Tools

  • AI-powered career tools including Resume Scorer, Resume Builder, and MOS Translator are provided for informational purposes only.
  • Results do not constitute professional career, legal, or financial advice.
  • Resume content is used solely to generate your requested output and is not retained after your session.
  • VetsJobs is not responsible for hiring outcomes.
  • Monthly usage limits apply — Resume Scorer 3 uses per month, Resume Builder 2 uses per month, MOS Translator unlimited.

4. Benefits Calculators

  • The GI Bill Calculator and VA Disability Estimator provide estimates only and are not guaranteed to be accurate.
  • Actual benefits are determined by the VA.
  • VetsJobs is not affiliated with the Department of Veterans Affairs or the Department of Defense.
  • Always verify benefit information at va.gov.

5. Veteran Wellness Resources

  • VetsJobs does not provide mental health services and is not a substitute for professional mental health care.

6. Employer Directory and Listings

  • Unclaimed employer profiles are sourced from publicly available information and are marked as unclaimed.
  • Employer subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe and auto-renew until cancelled.
  • No refunds are issued for partial periods.
  • Employers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their profile content.

7. Affiliate Links

  • VetsJobs.com contains affiliate links.
  • We may earn a commission when you click these links and make a purchase at no additional cost to you.
  • Affiliate relationships do not influence our content or recommendations.

8. User Conduct

  • You agree not to use the platform for unlawful purposes.
  • You agree not to submit false information.
  • You agree not to attempt unauthorized access.
  • You agree not to scrape or redistribute content.
  • You agree not to abuse Career Tools with automated requests.
  • You agree not to impersonate VetsJobs or any other user.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim or $100 whichever is less.
